Come spesso accade ai parlamenti che stanno andando in scadenza per il nuovo turno elettorale, i deputati uscenti stilano il proprio testamento politico, votando mozioni di auspicio. È un tentativo di cercare di perpetuare la propria Weltanschauung, quello che sia il verdetto elettorale. Ma senza un chiaro appoggio politico le visioni politiche non riescono a sopravvivere.
