Berlino. Große Koalition kaputt. AfD al 15%.

Il 18 settembre in Germania si tornerà a votare nello Stato di Berlino, per rinnovare i 149 membri dell’Abgeordnetenhaus, il parlamento locale.

Pur se nato a Lübeck, il mitico Willy Brandt ne fu il sindaco dal 1957 al 1966, per poi diventare Cancelliere Federale dal 1966 al 1974. Figura chiave nella storia della città e della Germania: Segretario del Sozialdemokratische Partei Deutschlands – SPD, Herr Brandt fu soprattutto il Presidente dell’Internazionale Socialista dal 1976 al 1992. A lui il merito di aver introdotto in Germania la Realpolitik.

Anche se al momento retta da una Große Koalition, Berlino è sempre stata una città con schiaccianti maggioranze socialdemocratiche ed una significativa presenza dell’ultrasinistra della Linke.

Anche se i giornalisti non aggiornano più da maggio il sito in inglese delle proiezioni elettorali per Berlino, ed hanno prudentemente rimosso le previsioni dall’omologo sito in lingua francese, le previsioni sia di ARD sia di Infratest dimap sono diventate di pubblico dominio.

L’Spd scenderebbe dal 28% al 21%, e la Cdu dal 23% al 19%: formalmente, non ci sarebbero più i numeri per riformare la Große Koalition. Anche i Grüne sarebbero in regresso, passando dal 18% al 16%.

A farla da padrona sarebbe Alternative für Deutschland che balzerebbe al 15%.

Si confermerebbero così i risultati già ottenuti nelle elezioni del 4 settembre nel Land Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

Se queste previsioni si avverassero, Berlino infliggerebbe alla Bundeskanzlerin Frau Merkel un altro severo colpo, verosimilmente definitivo.

Questa ibrida posizione di Frau Merkel, cancelliera de iure ma oramai deprivata di ogni moral suasion inizia ad avere pesanti ripercussioni.

Lo si è visto in sede del recente G-20, ma ancor peggio suona questa seguente notizia:

Quando una produzione strategica di una società strategica per la Germania fa fagotto e se ne va in Cina sembrerebbe essere il segnale che il Governo tedesco dovrebbe essere cambiato, ed anche velocemente.

Nota.

Nel leggere la Tabella, si tenga presente come la Società Forsa sia di proprietà dell’Spd, mentre il Forschungsgruppe Wahlen è talmente vicino all’Spd da poterne essere considerato il portavoce.

The anti-immigrant Alternative for Germany (AfD) party is expected to win 15 percent of the vote in the Sept. 18 election in Berlin, a new poll showed Thursday, a result that would give the party seats in 10 of 16 German state assemblies.

The AfD beat Chancellor Angela Merkel’s ruling Christian Democrats into third place in the eastern state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern on Sunday amid growing discontent about Merkel’s decision to welcome about a million refugees over the past year.

A new poll commissioned by German broadcaster ARD showed the party, created in 2013, was poised for further gains in the Berlin election.

The poll showed the Social Democratic Party, which has the lead in the current center-right coalition government, would remain the strongest party with 21 percent of the vote, but that marks a sharp drop from 28.3 percent in the last election in the city-state five years ago.

The Christian Democratic Union (CDU)is projected to drop to 19 percent from 23.3 percent, which would make it impossible for the two parties to maintain the current ruling coalition.

In Berlin, the pro-environment Green party was projected to win 16 percent of the vote, down from 17.6 percent in 2011. The Left party and the AfD would each win about 15 percent of the vote, the poll showed.

The liberal Free Democratic Party was poised to win 5 percent of the vote, which would help it regain seats in the Berlin assembly after dropping out with just 1.8 percent of the vote in 2011.

The polling organization Infratest dimap surveyed 1,002 eligible voters on Sept. 6-7.
